BPA Rnk Name Po Rnk School   Ht Wt Rd
1 Chase Young 1 Oregon   6048 264 1

Combine: Forty: NA...Wing: 80.6...BP: NA
...BJ: NA...3C: NA...20S: NA ...60S: NA...

Charlie Campbell - Dominated in 2019, notching huge games against Nebraska, Miami of Ohio, Indiana, Cincinnati and Wisconsin. In 2019, Young had 16.5 sacks with 46 tackles, six forced fumbles, three passes batted and a blocked kick. In the first meeting versus Wisconsin, Young put together a record-setting game with four sacks, two forced fumbles and six tackles. Absolutely dominated the Badgers' edge blockers and beat double teams.... Was suspended two games due to from taking a loan from a family member, but the NCAA wanted him active in their money-making games to end the season and the suspension won't impact his draft stock. Took advantage of the opportunity to have a breakout season. Has some size to him to go along with his speed and athleticism off the edge.

PFF - "Young checks pretty much every single box you could ask for and is only a rising true junior. Size, length, athleticism and production. You name it, Young has it."

Lindy's - "Won the Bronco Nagurski Trophy as the nations best defender....about as complete a college prospect as you'll find...His first step quickness is deadly...moves with incredible speed and fluidity for a man his size...also has terrfific power in his game and is a high level technician showing great understanding of hand-usage, leverage and counters...Also stellar vs. the run...his numbers are especially impressive condiering he saw repeated double and triple teams...Can get a bit high at times...He's still probably a half-step below Joey and Nick Bosa as an advanced technician...Gets over-eager at times...Comp: Chandler Jones..."

McShay - "... has one of the highest grades I've given a player in two decades of scouting. Last year's No. 2 pick and former Buckeyes teammate Nick Bosa was a difference-maker in Year 1, but the scary truth is that Young is an even better prospect. He can line up opposite the defensive end or drop back into a 3-4 outside linebacker role. It doesn't matter -- Young will be in the face of opposing quarterbacks every Sunday. He led the nation with 16.5 sacks in 2019, and he missed two games...."

USA Today - "The Predator." Combines speed, power, length and flexibility...Expected to go to Redskins at #2.

AJ Epenesa
2 Iowa   6052 275 1

Combine: Forty: 5.04...Wing: 81.3....BP: 17
VJ: 32.5..BJ: 117.0....3C: 7.34...20S: 4.46...60S: NA...

Charlie Campbell - A thick, physical and athletic defensive end who flashed pass-rush ability during an impressive freshman season in 2019. He's demonstrated he is worthy of a first-round pick...A solid base end for a 4-3 defense and could be a five-technique end in a 3-4. Went on a tear in the final month of the regular season, and finished it off with an impressive multi-sack performance against USC left tackle Austin Jackson...Was phenomenal against Nebraska with massive performance. Had 14 tackles - nine solo - and two sacks against the Cornhuskers...Taking on Illinois, Epenesa had five tackles with a forced fumble. He put together a huge game versus Minnesota, notching 2.5 sacks and four tackles. Had seven tackles and a sack against Penn State. For 2019, Epenesa totaled 4.5 sacks, 5.5 tackles for a loss, 15 tackles and one forced fumble. He looked like he was just scratching the surface of his potential. Was excellent for Iowa in 2018, recording 10.5 sacks, four forced fumbles, four passes batted, 16.5 tackles for a loss and 37 tackles.

PFF - "Epenesa is a physically dominant 6-foot-7, 280 pounds. It’s head-scratching that he only played 412 snaps a season ago for the Hawkeyes, but his 90.1 overall grade is far more indicative of his skill."

Lindy's - As a true freshman, 5.5 of his 15 tackles went for a loss, including 4.5 sacks...he;s long tall and thickly built...but also has quality speed and agility - enough to threaten the corner of OT's...But strength is the core of his game...He can rag-doll OL's both in the run game and pass rush, using long arms and heavy hands...Epenesa's game fits on all three downs...But his speed, athletisim and bend isn't elite...he's not always able to win outsideof OT's...not laterally mobile enough to be an OLB...Comp: Cameron Jones..."

McShay - "...Epenesa had eight sacks in his final five games at Iowa and is great at getting his arms in passing lanes.

USA Today - Dominated at Big 10 level, but can he get away with all that stuff in the pros? 3-cone drilll Combine score should demonstrate Eapenesa's explosiveness vis a vis his peers...

20 Yetur Gross-Matos 4 Penn St   6050 266 1

Combine: Forty: NA...Wing: 82.3...BP: 20...
VJ: 34.0: BJ: 120.0...NA...3C: NA ...20S: NA...60S: ...

Charlie Campbell - Recorded 40 tackles with 9.5 sacks. Good run defender who demonstrated improvement as a pass-rusher over his career...But Penn State hurt Gross-Matos' sack production in 2019 by playing him out of position at nose tackle, at five-technique, and in containment. Enjoyed a breakout sophomore season in 2018, recording 54 tackles for a loss, 20 for a loss, eight sacks and two forced fumbles. Has a lot of upside to move into as he gains more experience.

Lindy's - "Plays like his hair is on fire.....Twitchy edge rusher with the length, burst and bend every NFL team covets...Impressive initial burst off the snap...Father (drowning) and brother (lightning) died in separate incidents before he was 11 years old...A menagerie of effective counters inside can make him a one-man wrecking crew...Occasionally asked to rush (& drop) out of the two-point stance...Huge wingspan gives Gross-Matos a massive tackle radius...Will need to add strength and mass to hiis lower half...Too reliant on his quickness to elude blcockers...Shows impressive effort on spinning off blocks and pursuing downfield, but surrenders valuable yardage in doing so...Comp: Demarcus Lawrence..."

15 K'Lavon Chiasson 3 LSU   6030 254 2

Combine: Forty: NA...Wing: 79.5...BP: NA
VJ: NA..BJ: NA...3C: NA...20S: NA...60S: NA.

Lindy's - "Lightning off the snap with a deadly combination of snap anticipation, first step quickness and accelleration...there's an uncommon twitchiness and springiness to his movement which he uses to terrorize OT's off the edge...decent compliment of moves evident on tape...While not thickly built, is very effective in the run game thanks to hand usage and instincts...even brings surprising versatlity as a cover man...But wasn't all that productive in college...torn ACL in 2018...Remains a bit raw...doesn;t have many inside rush moves at this point...(other than flashing a spin)...Lower frame is a bit slight/can be moved in the run game when blockers can land on him squarely...Comp: Bud DuPree..."...

McShay - "...Chaisson (4.5 sacks in his final four games) would bring a lot of speed to the front...." A Today

133 Curtis Weaver 6 Boise St   6024 265 2

Combine: Forty: NA...Wing: 78.2...BP: NA
VJ: 32.5..BJ: 116.0....3C: 7.00...20S: 4.27...60S: NA...

Charlie Campbell - With Weaver's size and body type, he might fit best as a 3-4 outside linebacker. Recorded 52 tackles, 13.5 sacks, three passes defended and forced fumble. Team sources say Weaver is a good college player who is a try-hard guy, but will have physical limitations in the NFL. In 2018, Weaver had 43 tackles with 15 tackles for a loss, 9.5 sacks and one forced fumble. He broke out in 2017 as a redshirt freshman and recorded 11 sacks, 33 tackles, two passes broken up and a forced fumble on the year.

PFF - "Weaver is a name you’re going to be hearing a lot more of next spring. He rushes the passer with violence unrivaled in this class and has the highest pass-rushing grade of any returning edge."

Lindy's - "34 sacks in three seasons...An explosive athlete with the ability to beat OTs with speed and bend around the edge...Counter move to his speed rush is an effective spin move...Once Weaver gets his hands on the QB, the play is over...Great finisher with a high motor...willing run defender but too often leads with his shoulders...occasionally undisciplined...played against lower competition...Comp: Dee Ford..."

129 Terrell Lewis 6 Alabama   6055 262 2

Combine: Forty: NA...Wing: 83.5...BP: NA
VJ: 37.0..BJ: 124.0...3C: NA...20S: NA...60S: NA...

Charlie Campbell - If it weren't for his medical history, Lewis would probably be a secure first-rounder. He missed the 2018 season after suffering a torn ACL during the summer before fall camp. He was playing well in the 2017 season opener before sustaining an injury that cost him most of the season. Totaled just 16 tackles with a sack for the year, but scouts who watched 2018 spring football were raving about him. "The edge defender, formerly known as Terrell Hall" developed behind the scenes in 2016. Scouts have told me that in practice Lewis was very impressive with his size and quickness, while possessing surprising COD. They said he has a great build and is dripping with upside. Lewis had 31 tackles, six sacks and two passes batted in 2019. He was a dynamic edge rusher, with speed, power, length, and some moves.

Lindy's - Injuries are an underlying theme...Classic case of a player "looking like Tarzan and playing like Jane"...showed flashes - sometimes prolongued - of potential greatness...Physical prototype of the modern OLB, with well-built, long-limbed frame...Gobbles up ground with long gait and impressive COD...Size and ease of movement also stand out when Lewis drops in coverage...Freakish athletisim and size combination - best football may be ahead of him... Opted not to participate in final game of career to focus on preparing for the 2020 draft...Comp: Tyus Bowser

McShay - "...Lewis helped himself a lot with a good week at the Senior Bowl. He might need some time to develop, but there's no denying his pass-rush talent and burst coming around the corner when chasing the quarterback. He registered 16 QB hurries this past season at Alabama."

53 Jabari Zuniga 10 Florida   6034 264 2

Combine: Forty: 46.4...Wing: 79...BP: 29
VJ: 33.0...BJ: 127.0...3C: NA...20S: .NA...60S: NA...

Charlie Campbell - Missed a lot of games with a high ankle sprain, including the contests against Tennessee, Auburn, Missouri, Vanderbilt, South Carolina and Florida State. Gators played him out of position, lining him up inside in the sub package at times, but he showed versatility in ways he can get after the quarterback....Totaled 45 tackles with 11 for a loss and 6.5 sacks in 2018. Needs to get stronger for the NFL. In a 4-3, Zuniga would be limited to being a designated pass-rushe / he would definitely fit better as a 3-4 OLB.. Benefited in 2018 from Jabari Polite having an excellent season. It was wise for Zuniga to return for his senior year and get stronger before going to the NFL. He has upside as a pass-rusher - has shown some natural pass-rushing skills throughout his collegiate career.

Lindy's - Athletic, high-cut edge rusher...Limited to 6 games and 7 tackles in 2019 due to high ankle sprain...flashes impressive get-off and territic closing speed to go along with long arms and active, physical hands...Plays bigger and stronger than his listed size suggests...sets a firm edge against the run...High motor player who surprises ballcarriers with his closng speed...But not yet the sum of his parts...too often mistimes the snap and is the last lineman on either side of the ball...has some core stiffness that limits efficient COD and balance...Comp: Frank Clark..."

65 Darrell Taylor 12 Tennessee   6036 267 3

Combine: Forty: NA...Wing: 80...BP: NA
VJ: NA...BJ: NA...3C: NA...20S: .NA..60S: NA...

Charlie Campbell - Taylor totaled 8.5 sacks, a forced fumble, four passes batted and 46 tackles. He had a slow start to the season before getting hot. Taylor played well enough in 2019 to earn an invitation to the Senior Bowl, and he could be a riser if he performs well in the pass-rushing one-on-ones in Mobile.

6/29/19: Taylor went under the radar in 2018, but he had a breakout year for the Volunteers, logging 36 tackles with eight sacks and three forced fumbles. Taylor has the upside to rise, although he could stand to improve as a run defender while duplicating his pass-rush production.

Lindy's - Quick-twitch edge-rusher with the requisite length, strength and agility to handle dual DE/OLB roles...Explosive burst off the snap when he times it right...Easy lateral mover...Aggressive tackler with the length and hand-eye coordination to lasso ballcarriers from behind...In 2019, incorporated more runs, spins and counters to compliment his speed rush...A better athlete than football player...Tentative play is only exacerbated by his "tweener" frame....Lacks the sand in his pants...Comp: Dee Ford..."

96 Jonathan Garvin 10 Miami   6042 263 3

Combine: Forty: 4.82...Wing: 80.2...BP: 23
VJ: 36.0..BJ: 125.0....3C: NA...20S: NA...60S: NA...

Lindy's - "Finished his college career at Miami with 29 tackles for a loss and 12.5 sacks..."

58 Zack Baun 4 Wisconsin   6024 238 x

Combine: Forty: 4.65...Wing: 78.5....BP: 24
VJ: 32.5...BJ: 115.0...3C: .7.00...20S: 4.31...60S: NA...

Charlie Campbell - If Baun were bigger, he would be rated higher. Recorded 12.5 sacks, two forced fumbles, 76 tackles, two passes batted and one interception. He was a dangerous edge rusher and dynamic blitzed Wisconsin, but has size limitations. Wisconsin had a some more experienced linebackers on the roster in 2018, but Baun was one of the team's most impressive and consistent defenders in the middle. On the year, he had 78 tackles with 11 for a loss, 2.5 sacks, one interception, three passes broken up and one forced fumble. Was placed on NFL teams' preseason watch list.

Lindy's - "Compact, country strong frame...talented pass rusher capable of beating OT's with his speed, power and an impressive array of moves, including a spin, dip and rip, push-pull and plenty of dekes and counters...Plays faster than he is likely to show on the stopwatch...Impressive timing off of the snap count...Physical tackler who brings his hips to eliminate yardage gained after contact...Good knee bend and pad level to win the leverage baattle...Team captain in 2019...A bit undersized/lacks length...long history of injuries...Comp:Kamalai Correa..."...

McShay - "...Quick, versatile edge rusher... His game jumps off the tape, and his 12.5 sacks show what he can do when he's turned loose on the quarterback. ...Baun is no one-trick pony, displaying the ability to play in coverage, too. Find the ball and you'll find Baun. ..."
