3 David Yankey OG 30 Stanford rJr 6055 315 1st

Combine Forty: 5.48.....Prototypical measurables and above average top speed...below averae durability...perfectionist whn it comes to football...below-average in pass pro (lacks agility/can be outquicked by explosive pass rushers...solid lead- and pull-blocker for power running game but must improve consistency with pad level. Excellent awareness and football intelligence...prototypical OL mentality - plays with an edge and looks to obliterate his opponent...will drop hands in pass pro...needs to keep balance on pulls in traffic...

Pro Day - BP: 25; VJ: 20"...Otherwise was pretty much invisble among other Stanford pro day participants and drew no comments....

Combine (OL50) - Arm: 34; BP: 22, VJ: 28.5; BJ: 103; 3C: 7.81; 20S: 4.86;...

2 Cyril Richardson OG 19 Baylor rSr 6050 329 1st-2nd

Combine Forty: 5.36...Massive dude ("thick & quick")...powerful and aggressive...slightly above average top line speed...durable...Exceptional intangibles - Rags to riches story (Hurricane Katrina)...Slightly below-average pass protector - very strong upper body, bit of a waist bender...sub-par lateral agility...Like Yankey, a good fit for the power run game...Adequate football intelligence...aggressive demeanor/willing to mix it up/good finisher...tends to lose knee-bend...will lower hands and head in pass pro...

Pro Day - Said to have lost some weight (20 pounds!!!) and boosted his draft stock...Forty - 5.23; 5.28; BP: 30 reps; looked very good in positional drills (like the 2012 rendition who was one of the highest regarded OT prospects in the nation...Gil says he may have moved back into 2nd round consideration....

Combine (OL36) - Arm: 34 5/8; BP: 25; VJ: 25.5; BJ: 91; 3C: .7.70; 20S: 4.83;.......

Senior Bowl - Road-grader...bent Donald over backward on one play..."had a fantastic day in the pit" but would struggle later on in pass pro drills...but repeatedly one matchups with his devestating strength blocking for the run...Schottey (BR) notes the big roll around his belly but believes he's "the kind of guy who flips tractor tires for fun & 'I know he can play football with the best of them"...("You draft him, buy him a few meal replacement bars and never say another word about his weight")...According to Trapasso (BR), once he gets his hands on you, "it's over", but Aaron Donald constantly beat Richardson off the ball on 11 on 11's...("Richadson...will have nightmares about...Donald")..But Trapasso goes on to say that- because he's such a massive mauler in the run game, he remains a top guard prospect..Footwork is an issue - struggled vs. Donald. Can he handle quick interior linemen and/or block in space?...

1 Zack Martin OG/OT 18 Notre Dame rSr 6040 308 1st-2nd

Est. Forty: 5.20 (Listed as an OT by ESPN)...Former LT/Short for a LT with fringe arm length...light for a RT...started every game since red-shirting,,,Team captain/football family...Better-than-average pass blocker...adequate quicks but speed rushers will give him problems at the pro level (as a tackle)...as a tackle, he's a better fit on the right side...Above average run blocker - plays with a wide base...but not a great athlete in space...outstanding football awareness...rarely gets caught out of position...snap-to-whistlle competitor, but needs to finish more consistently - needs to be as aggressive in space as he is at the LOS...must improve core strength...

Pro Day - Did not run (left hammy injury)...Brandt says he's going to be a first round pick and that the team who selects him may move him to guard...

Combine (OL29) - Arm: 32 7/8; BP: 29; VJ: 28.0; BJ: 106; 3C: 7.65; 20S: 4.59;...

Senior Bowl - Mentioned a lot by the NFLN draft experts as a lineman to watch...Brooks ranked Martin as top North OL...Liked his versatility as either tackle or guard...He liked Martin's balance, body control and technique (not the prototypical LT physically, but proved in pass pro that he could handle elite defenders - mainly due to superior technique...a "sticky blocker" in the run game adept at cutting defenders at POA)...Destined to start outside with the Plan B option of moving inside if need be..."Savage sees Martin (who scored 8-3 in pass pro drills) starting as a rookie...He reported that many scouts see him having pro bowl potential as a guard...good hand and footwork and has good instincts for either position...No problem with quicks when he switched from tackle to guard....Trapasso (BR) lists him in his top 10 senior bowl performers......

4 Xavier Su'a Filo OG/OT 33 UCLA rJr 6040 307 2nd

Combine Forty: 5.04...Could be targeted by Broncos...Some are moving him up their boards to late in the first round...Has played inside and outside...strong punch...quick. physical and aggressive...as a tackle, he must become more "inside conscious"...Started at OT for Bruins during second half of past season, but is projected to play guard (& according to Huguenin, 1st one off the board)...Brandt wants to see how good his footwork, agility and strength measure up at the Combine ("Looks like a goodf run blocker but I want to see how he does in pass protection"). His performance at the Combine could determine whether or not he goes as high as the 1st round)...Eagle Scout who missed 2 years of college football to spend the time in a Morman mission..

Pro Day - Can't locate any numbers or workout comments other than that Jim Mora says that a couple of scouts told him that Xavier is the best guard to come out in the draft since Steve Hutchison...He says his main immediate priorities are to clean up his pass pro and learn different schemes......

2nd Pro Day - Participated in the workouts (but wasn't in the best of shape, had a week to prepare and "felt tired" after the mornings' activities). The impression you get is that he gave his all & powered thru all the drills but wasn't thrilled about his performance and was concerned about the impression it would leave the scouts......1st Pro Day - In the midst of a 17-week rehab regimen following shoulder surgery and didn't participate in any drills.....
