Josh Jacobs
x
Alabama   5100 220   1

"...Leader of the pack as a dynamic runner with Alvin Kamara-like explosiveness. Despite a limited resume, NFL scouts are smitten with his potential as a shifty runner with a running style that delicately mixes power with finesse. - B Brooks (Rates #1)

Strong, physical, after-contact runner...very good between the tackles...outstanding vision/instincts...Experienced KO returner...Never the lead-back...May not time as well as he plays...Not the most elusive guy...pass blocking needs attn...Probably the best of the Alabama running crew - PFW

The "total package" - More of a finesse back than power RB...Glides in the open field...can run and catch...Swiss Army Knife type RB...Averaged 31.4 yds on KO's last season...Runs a bit upright...Projects more as a change-of-pace back than he does a bell cow...Comp: Sony Michel - Lindy's

Often overshadowed by other talent in Tide backfield...Has sturdy build of a workhorse RB...Consistently runs thru and bounces off tackles....Ran some receiver routes and looked like a natural...Occasionally used as a lead-blocker, but only had one game with 20 carries...Might be more of a committee lead until he proves otherwise - Athlon

Combine: Forty: NA ...

1
Darrell Henderson
x
Memphis   5083 208   1

Quick fast and explosive...One of the more exciting runners in the draft...Very quick to the hole with outstanding vision/instincts...May lack size but runs hard...Plays bigger and stronger than he measures...Knows how to get open...excellent in the open field...Maxed out frame - PFW

High energy player who lacks prototypical size and breakaway speed...runs with ruthless effort and burst...Lacks the elite combo of size and breakawy speed...excellent vision, stiff-arm and subtle shifts...Could potentially thrive in a zone blocking scheme...Faced questionable caliber of college defenses - Lindy's

Small back...good explosiveness...Capable receiver/especially dangerous on screens...Level of competition will be a leap...Will have to prove he can be trusted in pass pro...Might not have the size to bea true workhorse.Comp: "Kamara Lite?" - Athlon

Combine: Forty: 4.49 ...BP: 22...VJ: 33.5

6
Damien Harris
x
Alabama   51011 216   1

"...Harris isn't flashy, but he's a dependable workhorse capable of grinding out the tough yards between the tackles. He lacks elite traits in any area, but his solid production and performance is intriguing for a team in need of an RB2. - B Brooks (Rates #3)

Runs hard between the tackles with burst to get outside...Runs low and hard...Reliable receiver...Not overly elusive...May be product of elite OL...Overshadowed by two talented underclassmen...One-cut/north-south runner...May fit in pros as a rotational-type - PFW

Lacks athleticism and elite speed; but all he's done throughout his career has been to "get the job done."...Strength is powerful running style combined with vision and cutback ability...Well-developed lower half...Limited hips and flexibility but still with some wiggle...Minor foot and leg injuries - LIndy's

If he had come out last year, he woiuld have been a potential first rounder...Even when he doesn't break tackles, he runs with low COG and consistently falls forward...Sure-handed receiver...won't blow anyione away with explosiveness and can be chased down from behind ...Doesn't present much of a threat splitting out wide...Unlikely to become a transcendent back - Athlon

Combine: Forty: 4.57...BP:16...VJ: 37...

7
Mike Weber - Ohio State
x
Ohio St   5095 211   1-2

Didn't start for Buckeyes the past two years...Short, compact build with quick burst but only average long speed (Rates #21+) - PFW

Appeared as often on passing plays as he did on runs...Could turn out to be better pro than college ballcarrier...Has legitimate breakaway speed...Receiving skills are "good enough"...Sound blocker...not flashy...A pro-ready back - Lindy's

No nonsense runner with a good blend of power and speed...at his best going north-south....Not much wriggle or creativity....not very elusive...Durability a concern (hammy)...a one-cut slasher & committee back - Athlon

Combine: Forty: 4.47...Ten: 1.48...BP: 22...VJ:33.5....

5
Benny Snell Jr. -
x
Kentucky   5103 224   xx

Powerful inside runner...average long speed...route running will acquire development...Projects as a complimentary rotational back - PFW

Prototype build with good patience, balance and just enough wiggle and burst....Impressive speed and agility...Fun loving but holds his teammates accountable...Not involved that much n Kentucky passing attack - Lindy's

Big back with light, nimble feet...some ability as a receiver/adjusts well to bad balls...One-speed mover...If he can develop as a receiving option, he could turn out to be very interesting. - Athlon

Combine: Forty: 4.66...BP: 16...3C: 7.07...VJ: 29.5...

2
Justice Hill - Oklahoma State
x
Oklahoma St -- 5095 198   xx

Upgrade in light of scarce breakaway RB skills this year - Gollin

Quick to hole...impressive burst...good vision..good pass receiver...limited size/growth potential...Often goes down on first hit...May be a product of OSU offense...USA Tois measurables...Quick...has burst but lacks creativity...Projects as role-player in Pros. - PFW

PFW - NA

Potential game breaker...Strong back with great vision & enough open field wiggle...praised for toughness....Big play ability...will probably need to bulk up...Not effective short-yardage runner...write-up suggests he dances too much before hitting the LOS... - Lindy's

Small back with plenty of quickiness and burst...Very good as a receiver...but not overly creative...Limited by lack of size and subpar contact-balance...Durability concerns - Athlon

Combine: Forty: 4.40...Ten: 1.48...BP: 21...VJ: 40...

4
Trayveon Williams
x
Texas A & M   5081 206   xx

Thick, compact build...quick, strong, fast and explosive....Very good vision...burst after his cut...short but not small...quick to hole...consistency creates YAC yards...must improve route running...there's not much he can't do...projects as starter in pros - PFW

Impressive frame and great vision...Too small to be elite in pass pro...Bulked up 20 lbs in 2018 and benefitted from having a FB lined up in front of him...Versatile with electrifying skills...Made great strides becoming more patient as a runner...Size and strength issues still follow him - Lindy's

Classic satellite back - a small back who "runs light"...Can get overwhelmed by blitzers...complimentary back...a receiving threat...instinctive runner with the long speed to take it to the house...natural as a pass catcher...willing effort in pass pro - Athlon

Combine: Forty: 4.51...BP: 19...3C: 7.44...VJ: 33...

8
Rodney Anderson
x
Oklahoma   6003 224   xx

Instinctive and quick to the hole but patient...runs low...Missed more games than he played due to durability issues...Good but not great long speed. - PFW

Has trouble staying healthy and could turn into "one of those players."...(Take away the injuries and he could be a first round talent)...Lincoln Riley makes it a policy of teaching his RB's how to pass block, but "Anderson apparently never received the memo"...Long, lean, adept at finding lane and following his blockers - Lindy's

Set back by a series of injuries...Prototypical RB size...Decisive runner who hits the hole fast...impressive pass catcing skills...Medicals will be huge (broken neck, broken leg etc.)...upright running style...Looks lost in blitz pickup...Boom or bust back who looks like a workhorse if and when healthy - Athlon

Combine: Forty: DNP ...

5
Devin Singletary
x
Florida Atlantic   5074 203   xx

"... an electric jitterbug with exceptional stop-start quickness. He routinely makes defenders miss in the hole with Houdini-like moves, but he also flashes enough pop to run through tackles in traffic.-- B Brooks (Rates #2)

Small but productive...quicker than he is fast...Good jump cutter...Strong lower body...quick burst once he sees an opening....Growth may be maxed out...Returned KO's as freshman...Can be effective in pros with 10 - 12 touches a game - PFW

"The Motor Man" just doesn't stop running hard between the tackles or on the edge, combining this with some "make you miss: moves"...2018 production didn't meet expectations but he's still thought to be a prime time RB...Played in pro-type system...hard to bring down in open field...Size still an issue - Lindy's

Compact, slippery waterbug...surprisingly effective thru contact....Doesn't seem overly fast in the open field....not a natural pass catcher or big enough to be reliable in pass pro...Exciting with ball in his hands though lacking true home run skill - Athlon

Combine: Forty: 4.66...Ten: 1.53...BP: 15...3C: 7.32...VJ: 35...

11+
Miles Sanders
x
Penn St.   5105 211   xx

Adequate size for RB but thick and strong in the lower body...Quick to hole...Good hands (Key part of Penn St passing game)...Good after contact....Can run inside or outside...Versatile - effective in any type of offense...Very good after contact...(Rated #1) - PFW

North-south runner who projects as a rotational back...Bulked up 20 lbs and now a more powerful runner....Student of the game...You'd like to see him do more with the ball in his hands after the catch - Lindy's

Operating in the shadow of Barkley, he had a tough act to follow...Runs with good pad level and forward lean...Good long speed...but doesn't look comfortable catching the ball (He'll fight it and struggle choosing the right lanes to run thru)...Could emerge as a lead-back in a committee - Athlon

Combine: Forty: 4.49...Ten: 1.53...BP: 20...3C: 6.89...BP: 36...

9 David Montgomery   Iowa St St   5101 222

B Brooks rates #4 without comment.

Very productive...more quick than fast...runs with power....good receiver...very competitive...not a top cutback runner or home run hitter...Pass blocking needs work...Has traits to be a pro feature back...(Rated #3) - PFW

Can run, block and catch...More quick than fast...Excellent pass catcher...made the most of working behind a porous OL...Lacks elite level speed...Suspended for on-the-field fight in Baylor game - Lindy's

"Built like a tank" (with low pad level, low COG and outstanding balance...Nasty stiff arm...solid pass catcher...but dances too much behind the LOS & always seek to bounce outside...Durability could be a concern, but all he does is say on his feet...has enough receiving and blocking skills to stay on the field for 3 downs - Athlon (Rates him #3)

Combine Forty: 4.63...BP: 15...VJ:28.5

11+ Bryce Love   Stanford   5087 200

"... Love's injury-plagued senior season led to his slide down the charts, but his exceptional production in 2017 could prompt a team to rekindle its love affair with the combination of speed, quickness and burst he displayed as a straight-line runner - B Brooks (Rates #5).

Quick, fast, strong after contact...has speed and burst to reach and turn the corner...Mainly a one-cut, north-south runner...career slowed by injury...won't be much more than a role player in the NFL - perhaps a Day 3 prospect - PFW

Huge medical red-flag...One of the most exciting playmakers in college football (when healthy)...Returned to school and it cost him (due to a plethora of injuries this past year...When healthy, he shows electrifying speed, burst and vision...Team who drafts him should "red shirt" him in Year One (Can they do that?) to allow him to get healthy - Lindy's

Undersized but no-nonsense runner...Tore his ACL in final college game...Lacks size...strange fit as an undersized, 3rd down option, but has enough of a big play capability to earn him a part-time role - Athlon

Combine Forty: NA...BP: 18

10 Jordan Scarlett   Florida   5105 208

No write-up by PFW

Third down back is projected role...Experienced in pro and spread offenses...Can go from zero and sixty in the blink of an eye...Tests well...Excellent vision and patience...doesn't shy away from contact...Has been caught from behind due to lack of speed...Credit card scam red-flag - Lindy's

On the small side, but nifty runner who consistency avoids tacklers...Long speed is good...willing to get physical...Thinly built...some character concerns...Must improve receiving skills - Athlon

Combine Forty: 4.47...BP: 21...3C: 7.37...VJ: 30

11+ Tony Pollard   Memphis   5115 210

No write-up by PFW

(As WR) - Effective pass catcher...nice COD...can get around the edge...Comp: Ty Montgomery - Lindy's

Combine Forty: 4.52...BP:13...VJ: 35

11+ Travis Homer   Miami   5103 201

No write-up by PFW

Lightning quick COD and acceleration compliment breakaway speed - Lindy's

A bit undersized but a well-rounded back with a good initial burst, 3-down skill-set, low pad level and good forward lean...very good in the passing game...Durability and stamina issues...Scheme-diverse but may only be a part time RB in the pros - Athlon

Combine Forty: 4.48...Ten: 153...BP: 17...3C: 7.07...VJ: 39.5
